Return and Refund Policy

The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Collectibles 2 Flip. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Should you return any item to us, you may be required to pay the return shipping and product value losses, if any, in our discretion. Orders may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be shipped in our original packaging. In the case of a request for an exchange, Collectibles 2 Flip expressly reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable.

Please decide condition and grade from photos. All coins and items are individually photographed so the coin and items you see in the pictures is what you will receive. All raw (ungraded) has regular circulation type wear with a few bag/scratch marks and some toning. Email us with you have any questions or need further description before purchase.

If a return is approved, the purchased item MUST be returned in its original holder/package and include a copy of the invoices.

Any coin that has been cracked out of the holder, holder abused, or coin/bar damaged in any way will not be accepted to return
