We are located in Anaheim, California.  About 5-7 mins away from Disneyland.   We are an "online store" only and do NOT have an actual physical storefront.  

We check our emails constantly during the day and hours of operations may vary.  We are closed on all major holidays. Our website will be constantly updated throughout the day to keep up the demands and any necessary changes

Purchasing collectibles involves substantial risk. Certification does not eliminate all risks associated with the grading and purchasing of rare or collectible items (especially coins). All collectibles can be extremely volatile and will rise and fall depending upon market conditions as well as changing supply and demand. Collectibles 2 Flip sells all items on our websites as collectibles, not an investment. Please read our disclaimer

Coin collecting lend themselves to third party grading and authentication. Information of the collectables are based on information publicly available from third party grading services websites.  We (Collectibles 2 Flip) expresses no opinions on the advertisements as an investment of any collectible coin, precious metals, or other collectable items.

Once you have placed an order with Collectibles 2 Flip, you have entered into a binding legal agreement, and cannot cancel the confirmed order. However, if there is an issue with your order , email us to resolve any issues.

We accept most forms of payment through Zelle, PayPal and most major credit cards. We do not accept checks.  Wires and ACH deposits are also a possibility for large dollar value items. Cash will be accepted for in-person transactions in the Orange County area (around Anaheim or at local events). Please contact us to make arrangements.

For multiple orders, we may give discounts at our own discretion.  Please email us before checking out for any discounts on multiple orders. It doesn't hurt to ask, right?

We will ship your purchase order after the items has been paid in full and the payment clears our bank. Once payment clears, most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

We ship orders using USPS mail service or specified otherwise. The orders will be well packaged, padded, and secure within the shipping container/boxes. 

We will only ship packages to addresses in the lower 48 states. Shipping to Canada or overseas is not available at this time. Signature confirmation will be required for delivery unless specified otherwise.

Submitting a contact form provides us your name and email address. Completing a transaction may provide us a contact number and a mailing address. This information is kept in our secure database for use in future contact or marketing efforts. Your information will never be sold or provided to a third party without your consent.
